Adam J. Hardej, Jr., MAI and his field appraisal staff possess over 20 years of experience in the business, we have grown to more than 40 associates located in more than 25 different states. Last year, BAAR appraisers completed over 600 appraisals, market studies, consulting assignments, appraisal reviews and feasibility analyses. All of our work is backed by our commitment to client service. We get it right the first time and you get it on time. BAAR Realty Advisors recognizes that experience combined with local market knowledge are the crucial components of high quality, consistent market analysis. Expertise

Adam J. Hardej, Jr., MAI and his senior Job Managers and field appraisers have the expertise to technically analyze all types of commercial real estate. We have compiled regional experts across a broad range of property types to assist on “complex” assignments and we maintain a staff of seasoned field appraisers to help handle volume and timing needs. Adam J. Hardej, Jr., MAI possesses an MBA from CAL Berkeley with an emphasis in Real Estate & Finance. Prior to attending CAL, Mr. Hardej was a research analyst / investment broker at Marcus & Millichap based in San Francisco and has also worked as a mortgage banker with The Buchanan Group. He received his early commercial appraisal training from companies such as The Hanford / Healy Companies and was a regional manager within the CB Richard Ellis system where he oversaw the Sacramento and Central Valley markets in the mid-90s. He later went on to run a multi-million dollar ($500 Million) real estate collateralized investment fund for a subsidiary of Key Bank. The fund focused on the acquisition of delinquent tax liens and was nationally focused. Mr. Hardej was a founding member of the fund and was directly responsible for collateral risk management analysis / underwriting and acquisitions. He established BAAR in 2002 as a “specialized real estate services” firm to handle a wide variety of real estate due diligence, analysis and valuation/appraisal assignments. Mr. Hardej is a “value expert” and also a principal owner/manager of his own real estate holdings with property located throughout the United States and overseas.
